A Christmas gift with their miles in it
A custom 3D route sculpture holds the marathon, the trail, or the ride they are proud of — printed from their GPS track and ready for the shelf.
Design the giftWhat is a custom route map gift?
A custom route map gift is a 3D topographic sculpture made from a real GPS route. You bring a GPX file, a Strava or Garmin activity, or a catalog race. Print My Routes prints the terrain in PLA, with optional engraving and an optional wood base that makes the piece gift-ready out of the box.
It works as a Christmas gift, a Hanukkah gift, or a midwinter thank-you for the person who spent the year on the road, the trail, or the bike.
How a holiday route gift works
- Bring the route. Upload a GPX, paste a Strava link, connect Strava, or search a catalog race. Garmin, Coros, and other GPS exports work as GPX files.
- Preview and personalize. Check the 3D terrain, then choose size, color, engraving, and an optional wood base.
- Choose where it ships. Enter your address or theirs at checkout. Most sculptures ship within 7–14 business days.
- Or send a card if time is short. Digital gift cards are delivered by email within minutes and can be used on a custom sculpture whenever they are ready.

Questions
What is a custom route map gift?
A custom route map gift is a 3D topographic sculpture of a real GPS route. Print My Routes builds it from a GPX file, a Strava or Garmin activity, or a catalog race, then 3D prints the terrain in PLA. You can engrave a name, date, or short message and add an optional wood base so it is ready to display.
When should I order for Christmas?
For Christmas 2026, order by December 4 for U.S. standard shipping and by December 17 for U.S. express if you want the long end of our published windows to land by December 24. International orders should be placed by November 24. These are planning dates based on 7–14 business day standard, 3–5 business day express, and 10–21 business day international shipping. They are not guaranteed arrival dates.
What if I miss the order-by date?
Send a digital gift card. Gift cards are delivered by email within minutes, never expire, and can be used on a custom route sculpture. The recipient designs the route when they are ready, which is often the better gift when the calendar is tight.
How do I give a sculpture if I don't know the exact route?
Search the catalog for the race by name, ask for a GPX export, or use a public Strava link. If you want them to choose, order a gift card and let them open the designer.
Can I ship a route sculpture directly to them?
Yes. Checkout collects a shipping address, so you can send the finished sculpture to their home or to yours. The price is shown in the designer before you pay.
How does gift timing work for Hanukkah 2026?
Hanukkah 2026 begins at sundown on December 4. For a U.S. standard order to fit the long end of the 7–14 business day window before that first night, order by November 13, 2026. If that date has passed, send a gift card by email the same day.
Which activities can become a holiday gift?
Any GPX route: a marathon, half marathon, trail race, ultra, hike, or ride from Strava, Garmin, or another GPS app. Catalog races are available when the gift is a known event rather than a personal file.
Order while the route is still the story
If the date works, design the sculpture now. If it does not, send the gift card tonight and let them choose the miles.
